How to Deal With Stress and Anxiety
Once you've removed yourself from that emotion, this is the prime time to get up and change your physicality. Take some deep breaths, stretch your arms up. The reason I say get outside, especially if it's daylight is well, fresher air, but then ideally if it's the daylight sunlight. That really starts to change your mood. You're getting some sunlight, you're becoming more alert, you're more in the moment and you're getting some fresh air.
