Flat Fee and Subscription Pricing for Business Litigation
Litigation lawyer Brandon L. Rieckhoff recently changed his business model and adopted flat fee and subscription pricing for his practice. He says clients at first were confused by the change, but after a month or two they started to warm up to it. 70% of his clients are on an alternative fee model despite the fact that they were hourly with him before.
