There's this concept of critical power, what? And then there's a concept called whatts prime. Critical power is the part which you can sustain for 30 to 60 minutes. But physiologically, i don't think this really matters to you while you're doing it. The intensity that allows you to get most of your energy aright from those oxidative stores without tapping into your bodys side roads, as it were.
