Are You Running Too Fast?

I like to see how low i can get my heart rate on a recovery run, while still running. I know that nobody likes confrontation, but you have to look out for yourself because you're responsible for executing your own training. And likewise, if you're getting dragged along on a run by other people who have claimed that they are going to honor your easy effort pace, and they're still running too fast, call them out. Just say, haygeys, this is, this is too fast for me right now.
