The Importance of Focusing on One Task

For me it was more definitely my anxiety my overthinking lots of ruminating about things getting stuck in a thought loop but I also procrastinated. On the outside it was a lot of masking which in itself is exhausting trying to pretend everything is fine. But when you understand it and when there's awareness around it it kind of opens at that Pandora's box and we're able to look at the things that are challenging, she says.
