Anarobic threshold is that moderate to hard dipping point. For long distance runners, or any endurance athlete, it canagos and bumps up to your veotonax. Obviously there's supra maximal training above your vo two max. But again, because we're not 800 meter runners, we're not doing a ton of training above our vo to max.
