Is This What a Judge Is Said to Do?
i'm not convinced they're stead of doing it wrong and should switch it our way. I think this is where some of the role ethics, roll meta ethics would kick in. So i do think, while it might make sense to change our system, it's not the job of like, individual judges to think like, i've got a better idea. We have lots of reasons for being worried about suddenly appointing some new judge with ontrapenerial ideas that’s going to lay everything.
