The Effects of Volume on Muscle Growth

There was a study back in the day that was like 10 by three versus three by 10. Anything much more than sets of 30 or above provides so little tension with each rep, it's not the most efficient way to go about it. A pretty good analogy is this: Think of the muscle growth as the food in your pan and the tension detectors as the degree of flame in your frying pan. We'll get more into that in their next episode about how to apply this stuff.
