A Sales Account Management Challenge or a Marketing Challenge?

A lot of companies that do more project based work can sometimes struggle with this, because if they're not getting paid for the project, they just go out and try and fi nd new business. I think this is more of a sales account management challenge than a marketing challenge, in my view. The way to as git this is like by standard account management. You basically need to continue to deliver value every month. So looking at it in that way, where i don't care if there's a active project or not. I want to be delivering value on and understand that business priories. And so yes, that's my that's my general assessment.
