I Love Efficiency and Time Hacks
A lot of times we teach efficiency and time hacks as this method of, like, get more done in less time. And it's funny to me, because i think a lot of times, that's why i loved efficiency, was like, oh, my gosh, i can get even more done. The bag of goods that we've all been sold is like, push, push,Push, push, Push, push, 24-7. We're all living in a modern culture that is completely at odds with how our brains are built to thrive. It does require us first to understand you don't have to be overworked or underappreciated for success.
