You can get really excited about foods that aren't good for you. Good culture cottage cheese has very modest calories but lots of protein. Fruit is delicious, even like the on whether things actually taste good or not. I find a particular fruit for each kid and go through some differenta types of fruit. And adults it the same way, like we like fruit. It tastes really good.
