The Importance of Carbohydrate Consumption in Races

90 to even 120 is the sort of range we're talking now um so that's the starting point but with the test methods we have now we can really fine tune that for each athlete where it might be 80 to 90 for one athlete or 110 120 for another athlete. It definitely is a high carbs for for athletes now in high intensity races but then something like my lance and remar that's a funny one where it's actually quite a low intensity race until the last hour and a half.
