Hypertrophy Training - Should I Resensitize My Muscles to Growth?
If i want to re sensitize my muscles to growth slash hypertrophy training, should i do one of the two options? Option one is just take one or two weeks, either completely off of training, or just do some like, really, really,Really minimal training. The question is actually going to help you get some sensiization on some muscle groups that normally don't have it. So if you're a sorer than you would have been if you'd just kept training every group at least once a week, then there's no point in doing anything else.
