At some stage, something happens. The customer says back to you, this feature or benefit in your product is is what we want. But i don't understand. Could you explain that to me? That's an aha moment. You need to be prepared for that. If you can't get to a demo stage, why even go on making sales calls to people you should be able to get to?"
