Understanding Rebels: Navigating Personality Tendencies

Sammie and Michelle are big fans of The Four Tendencies.  Sammie is an Upholder and is the go to person to get things done, for herself and for anyone in her life. Michelle is a Rebel. She does not like to be told what to do, whether that's from the outside or even listening to herself.
