Is Six Weeks Off Really That Big of an Impact?
Even normal squat and bench workouts after a lay off can be hell. A 30% reduction was clearly not enough for me to get back into the swing of things. I recommend, and i was told, this is an athlete, which i never actually followed, that i should take six weeks off a year. But now i'm thinking, maybe my approach was wrong. Is six, five weeks really that big of an impact? No. When i come back to a programme,. like before i do a serious olympic lifting programe, like right now, i'm do in the mouldy 21.
