The things that give us immediate relief from our fear tend to feed that fear in the long term. The way she defines fear and how she groups these things together feels kind of weird to me. I understand why it's here reading it in book format feels a little bit weird. And if you're asking me to compare it to how to calm your mind by Chris Bailey, I feel like that book is way better.
