How to Build a Plus and a Lexicon?

In Chinese, the distinction is mainly just double edge versus single edge. I want my polysemy to be cross linguistically sound idiosyncratic in their own way. But I want them to feel like they belong to the other vocabulary in the language and not to some other part of the world.
