Rigt: Historically, h l h was divided into this concept of primary h l h. And a lot of these abnormalities were deficiencies in natural killer cells. But what folks have realized overtime is that those patients with secondary h l h probably have some genetic predisposition. Rigt: There's really more like a gradient between patients who have like a very strong genetic predisposition and just develop h l h spontaneously.
