"My biggest struggle in this life as a person is my moodiness entry what do you mean by that i just like can get a little bit i can become a little bit of an asshole," she says. "I'm trying to find all these things to either make me more resilient to it in the first place or get the hell out of it if i'm ever in it and i've found that exercise that's got to be number one  jumping into cold water is amazing for me." She also reveals how her kids have added to her stress but nailed her moods.
