Mental fitness is just a way for me to give people away, to train the mind. It's all kind of inter connects it and the body, you know. Im helping people get better at controlling their focus and their choices. And so we basely take thi eminating energy that moves through us and through our focus and our choices. That's how we create the lives that we live,. If you do yolga every day, if you end up more flexible, yo, better balance, coordination, strength. The same thing goes mental fitness. Gives us this umbrella to look at really honing in even more on focus.
