The chili pepper was introduced into korea during the japanese invasions in the 15 nineties. It then spreads, i figure, probably sort of farmer to farmer, through northern k Korea and then into a basically manchuria,. A, and there it's a different name. They name it chin to a, which was no end of confusion for me during my research. And so that's clearly the earliest first entry point.
