Do Diet Breaks Really Work?
The group that increased there had the better outcomes, i think they simply adhered to the diet better. I think it was like a 33 % coloric restriction. My thought is that the other group was not as the their adherence wasn't as goodso that would tell me it's just more psychological. But that's still a powerful finding. Taking these non linear approaches. They're never causing great fat lost. Yes, they're taking more time because you're having to do the breaks, but it never hurts. That's all i mean.
