The Importance of Leverage

In hindsight, what are the most valuable lessons you took from that time? I always say PTSD is the best teacher. There's a lot of people that wish they'd sold. Don't start home building. Be more specific in one vertical. And then don't be so greedy with kind of getting them all the way down.
