How to Slow Down Aging
Methylation is the process of adding methyl donors and shuffling them around. The main methyl donors that you want to focus on are trimethylglycine or TMG, also known as B-tain. Another key component that I think contributes a lot to my slower speech of aging is I don't drink any alcohol. Alcohol is much worse than any other processed food, in my opinion.
