The offer that zappos has for their new recruits. It's designed to defeat the let's just see what happens mentality and it refocuses you. This is genius in my opinion because you're going to naturally weed out all of those people who don't really want to be there if they're just there to collect the paycheck. The company was doing things that the general public was not aware of and that most investors were assuming would lead to a lot of trouble.
