How to Improve Your Weaknesses

Most people will do very well if they work on improving their weaknesses. Those one or two weaknesses in your training season typically take up two thirds of the time. And then when you come round to your preparation, sorry, your peak season and you're wanting to try your projects is you start to really come off the gas with those weaknesses. Now you're going to turn into refining both what you've developed in your weaknesses, but now also refining your superpowers to bring them all together so that you can then have the best possible chances on your route.
