We were not organized for a sale, let's put it that way. We got advice that we should prep the company for sale and just do that a couple of years ago. And so i think that what happened is, ah, we just reason i was bringing this up is because i wish. What we should have done as they should have went to our lawyers and said, hey, we're going toprep the company for sales"
