The most common mistake people make in terms of mindset is they think that going into sales, you're actually selling. The buyers will actually sell the platform for you if you listen and use their terminology as you're trying to explain what your product does. There's not going to be one thing that necessarily boils the ocean for your buyers. So you have to be ready to actively listen.
