Ganglin: We should not presume that overweight people have extra lean body mass to lose. The most at curate way to determine if someone's gaining or losing muscle is by measuring how much protein breakdown product is coming out in the urn, he says. Ganglin advises those on a kutogenic diet and doing some sort of resistance training to eat one meal a day every now and then - but don't overdo it.
