The Importance of Quality in Running
I've not been around injury in my career to date from running. I had a labrum tear in my hit, which wasn't due to anything. It was just due to biomechanics, I guess. So it's definitely different. But yeah, trying to tell you like when the coach says, right, just do 30 minutes at four minute kids, you're like, what? And then it feels really easy. Yeah. Now I guess that I train with 70.3 athletes now. so it's quite, quite nice.
