I like to send somebody home with, I don't say homework. It might be something really brief. You know, even just a little two-minute mindfulness practice. So let's try getting on a headspace and just practice this for a little bit,. Or it might go, here is what self-talk is. I want you to, you know, write down, let's, start creating some mantras. There's so many other pieces to that. And how through that pyramid develops confidence and resilience too. That's why I'm excited about it because I just been digging in.
