Friendship is a important topic to all humans and it especially has become this thing um we know what century we live in. I've really learned to be a lot more like methodical and intentional about it and that's one of the biggest things that has helped me. We don't necessarily talk about it in the same strategic way as working on your physical health, romantic relationship or family dynamics. There's as much like thought and care that can go into friendships world but we're all just kind of flying by the seat of our pants.
