The Progression From Workout to Workout

When we talk about progression from work out to workout, that can be in the form of training with progressively heavier weight overtime. So i'm always looking at if a person has sort of achieved failure in the previous workout, but they did it sort of at the upper end of the rep range or the upper of the time under load range. And for sure, if i've left the weight the same, i want to see a some increase in the time underloadr or an extra rap on that that next workout.
