The Importance of Soft Skills in UX

Don't focus so much on just learning the tools, understand how to build relationships. Understand what's important to a product manager and business partner. We're all there hopefully in defense and in service to the customer or enterprise. But everybody's going to have a slightly different lens to that understanding what's important.
