For a month straight, the challenge that we propose to you is that you cut out all consumption of vegetable oils. Grassfed butter, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, duck fat, tallow, coconut oil, avocado oil will be replaced with for this 30-day challenge. I think it's necessary, actually, for people to check the ingredient list on every single food item they purchase.
