We restore natural movements in a more progressive systematic way but we still can't deny that movements essentially and fundamentally is our interaction with our environment. So overall, you know, moving that is about developing sort of these timeless classical skills that again directly relate to survival situations but also really adding meaning to fitness and exercise for anybody.
