Be radically pro active about any behaviour that will pay off in ten years. Is it working out twice a week? Is it five times a week? What are those things? And then, and then that's not it, because most of us know these things like, i should eat more vegetables, i should drink more water,. i should get more sleep, bablabla. But what's what's radical pro activity? Lik when i think about, ok, one of those things would be working out at least five days a week. I think pro active is maybe putting those things on the calendar.
