You don't get to decide whether you're a good teammate. Others will instinctively make that assessment for you based upon how well you perform and interact with them. integrity, the ability to act in accordance with relevant moral values and social and cultural norms is important. Leaders need to be diligent about defining what do the right thing looks like for an organization behaving those ways.
