If you ask anybody, and i'm talking high level games athletes, just down to your average cross wit, a filiat member, what some of the worst workouts are that th they're ever going to do. It's no surprise that a heavy effort on the assault ike or the rower, or followed by more rest than you think you need, repeated three to five times. Those are devastating. And it doesn't matter how fit you are, if you're putting in the effort that is close to your max, the effect is going to be there. If you do it right, am you never ad that qestion end.
