Building a Portfolio of Principles for Product Development

We have a North Star, we have some tangible concrete work around it and the next step for us is laying out a set of principles. I think there's still a bit of that still going on in kind of the microcosm and people making their own principles. We need to be able to say, look, this is how our ways of working principles from a technology point of view end up all laddering up to a set of consistent principles. People like teams. They want to feel part of something and they go over and work for team,. You know, they say and that's the one that kind of is right. It's the thing they care about at that time.
