The Importance of Cardio in a Fat Loss Program
The bigger your body, regardless of if it's fat or muscle, the higher youre resting metabolic rate. A mile is going to take more gas than to get the sedan a the same length. It takes more fuel to keep a bigger body running and to move it around. If we can just replace or or do a body recomposition, where we're lowering the fat massb while raising muscle, you can eat more and you'll also look better.
