I've heard of 48 hour weigh ins and power lifting now that is just that's just fantastic tell them what your weight is like why even weigh in. I realized last summer I overdid it and like I'm 50 all right competitive golfer and I want to keep up with the young whipper snapper so I found starting strength and good, got under the bar and I gained a lot of speed golf is about speed yep  and now I'm just as long as these guys 25 years younger than me it's pretty awesome. Wow I thought I was in Blade Runner the jersey reminds me of Blade Runner you know God I went to New Jersey once it's a like Blade Runner
