Sleep Is the Number One Recovery Tool

I think sleep is the number one recovery tool of everything out there. There's things that will set you up for your best way of sleep exercise doing the song and cold exenituager, getting morning whites,. Avoiding white late at night, sleeping at a really cool environment. I have a beam dream before I go to bed each day. As my sleep tonic, it's generally my last meal is about an hour and a half to two hours before going to bed. So nutrition definitely plays into getting enough sleep. The sauna and cold plays into gettingenough sleep. After that, nutrition is huge. And it's all a snowball effect.
