The Power of a Proper Weightlifting Program

I'm doing what's called a periodized program, which means it combines rep ranges into one workout. I don't recommend this for beginners and I'll explain why in a second. If you haven't built these up to an advanced level, if you're not, then you want to be focusing on just heavy weightlifting, heavy compound lifts. But once you build that foundation of strength, then you can benefit from these other rep ranges.
