Monique: We have to recognize that gender dynamics will play a role in these negotiations. When we think about status, prestige, authority, those type of things, when you have that title, it shifts. Bias is just generally speaking a preference towards something or someone or a prejudice against something or someone. And so there's going to be a bias associated with that title as well.
