When we talk about seed oils, typically they're referring to rapeseed oil or some of the sunflower seed oils. I'm not talking about sesame seed oil, I'm talking about like soybean oil that you couldn't really make this in your own kitchen if you tried. It's something that's a it's a food product that's heavily marketed, there's ads on TV for it. But without extra virgin olive oil is the healthiest oil to use. And so I think we need to be a little bit too cautious about getting too caught up on these seed oils.
