Do You Have a Deficit Model for Diversity Equity?
I think it's something that is always top of mind for us myself and my co founder being people of color. So many founders in our community are just on its head not a deficit model and it's about you know from the ground up creating these new structures. We at China majority by POC or majority women identifying. But we always are learning and we don't represent everyone's experience in the world so we are always trying to understand how we can be better.
