There was just a study published in diabetes care with alternate day fasting showing that people could stick to it really well. They did three days of fasting per week and it was about 500 calories. So I think the bodies can just adjust to whatever you throw at it. The first 10 days of all of these red melons are really tricky for everybody, but I think people type two diabetes can do these well.
