How to Do the Workouts in Under 24 Minutes

If you have about 20 minutes to do something and you only have a jump rope, this one 20 minute work out can be pretty intense. 24 squats, 24 double unders, 20 plier lunges, 400 meter run. You repeat that round six times, and you try and see how quickly you can do it in. I've just got it under 21 minutes. And, you know, trying to better myself every time,. i think it's pretty nice to try and aim for under 24 minutes because there's a whole bunch of 20 fours in there.
